Local, 0KM ingredients: the fish is fished from Lake Como by Damiano's friends, Damiano picks and then dries or freezes mushrooms for the following seasons, eggs and milk come from local hen

My passion for cooking developed in my childhood, watching my mum and grandma cooking.

I attended a Food and Hotel School to practice and improve my skills. After a brief experience as cook in a restaurant, I now work for a food company, but still spend time cooking for relatives and friends.
