A word about the experience
Join host Diego for this authentic Peruvian ceviche cooking class. You will learn how to select the perfect cut of fish, vegetables and ingredients and many special tips and secrets on how to make your ceviche the best. Upon arrival guest will have a short presentation about the history of the national dish of Peru as well as hosts Diego's background. Each guests will have their own station and tools to cut and breakdown the fish and vegetables. You with be guided step by step on how to create your ceviche dish. You will also be taught how to make Leche de Tigre, which is made from the scraps of the ceviche dish. There is no waste in host Diego's kitchen. You will surely be able to impress your friends and family with this Peruvian Ceviche!
