I am Massimo, one of the last sailors of Venice. As a true local Venetian, I love the sea and sharing good food with pleasant company. ... And if not cooking fish, what else could a sailor do on shore?!

Often traveling for work and pleasure, I like visiting other countries, tasting and discovering their culture and culinary specialties. I have been to many places in the world, at least those with a harbor, and I have never got tired of meeting new people. 

I live in an ancient palace with my best friends and I would be glad to introduce you to this world of real people, off the beaten tourist track!
