About your host, Sandra: Having grown up in northern Tuscany, I spent several years in Milan and now live in Rome. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and varied wonderful dishes. I started cooking when I was little with my parents, and I've worked in restaurants and villas in Tuscany.

STARTER
Fried panzerotti stuffed with tomatoes, salame piccante and cheese.
PIZZA The basic ingredients of la pizza napoletana are as follows: tender wheat organic flour (which renders the dough soft and sweet!), organic peeled Roma tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil and mozzarella di bufala D.O.P… The dough has to be soft and the ingredients very fresh. We will make a few different pizzas that we can dress with various toppings (prosciutto, vegetables, different cheeses)
DESSERT Tiramisu', panna cotta with chocolate or different flavours of homemade gelato
