Ho iniziato a cucinare da piccola grazie ai miei
genitori, cuochi appassionati.
Di recente ho partecipato al programma "4
Ristoranti" di Alessandro Borghese su Sky, nella
selezione dei 4 migliori Home Restaurant di Roma.
Accogliamo i nuovi amici in una atmosfera conviviale
fatta di racconti a buona cucina regionale.

I have been offering cooking classes in Rome for the past 9
years. The experience of teaching and hosting
new people at home is really fun!
I come from a long line of passionate food lovers.
Having grown up in Tuscany, spent several years in Milan
and then Matera south of Italy, and now living in Rome
I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and variedwonderful dishes.
I started cooking when I was little with my parents, both
great cooks! Now I'm a professional certificated cook and
my new project is to reinvigorate some of the most
beautiful spots in Rome by combining great regional food,
with conviviality, storytelling, and friendship around the
table. I also participated in a famous TV show "4

STARTER
Fried panzerotti stuffed with tomatoes, salame piccante and cheese.
PIZZA
The basic ingredients of la pizza napoletana are as follows: tender wheat organic flour (which renders the dough soft and sweet!), organic peeled Roma tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil and mozzarella di bufala D.O.P… The dough has to be soft and the ingredients very fresh.
We will make a few different pizzas that we can dress with various toppings (prosciutto, vegetables, different cheeses)

Tiramisu', panna cotta with chocolate or different flavours of homemade gelato
