What to expect: • Learn how to make light-as-air gnocchi in a hands-on cooking class • Enjoy a 5 Dot Ranch brisket with wilted bitter greens and wrap up the evening with a delicious dessert. • This is a BYOB event • Located in the historic SF neighborhood, Haight & Ashbury in unique San Franciscan apartment • This experience accommodates up to 14 people • Can cater to vegetarian options upon request
About your Host James: “Cooking is my passion. There is almost nothing I love more than throwing dinner parties for my friends and coming up with wonderful and creative dishes. The combination of the creative process, the planning, and preparation of the dishes, and the act of giving to my friends are quite simply very rewarding.
