About your host, Sandra: "Having grown up in northern Tuscany, I spent several years in Milan and now live in Rome. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and varied wonderful dishes. I started cooking when I was little with my parents, and I've worked in restaurants and villas in Tuscany. Today I'm a professional and I attended a famous TV show on sky 1 2020."

Chard or a green vegetable 1 carrot 1 stem of celery 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 glass of wine parsley thyme black pepper 5/6 tablespoons of parmigiano 2 teaspoons of sugar Butter sage parmesan
For the Panna Cotta: 150 gr fresh cream 6 teaspoons of powdered sugar 1 pinch of salt 2 sheet of gelatin grated lemon peel but only the yellow part
For the syrup: Fruit: red grapes, peaches, strawberrys, blueberrys etc.. or red wine Sugar
